This can be interpreted in multiple ways:
1, Steven is just exhausted from all that New Year celebrations
1.5 Being spiked(again?) and having a headache from that
2, Trainer battles and one of them has Magnet Pull.
3, ‘What in Arceus are you doing to my door, Wallace? Please don’t put glitter on it. It’s not helping.’
3.25, ‘Really, now?’
3.5, ‘No, stop, this isn’t a ruby, this is a red garnet and you’re not supposed to use window cleaner on it.’
3.75, ‘And again, Shiny Stones do not work the same way as Dawn Stones.’
4, ‘Why would you want to use a Hyper potion on a pokemon that has near-full health?’
5, Basically Steven questioning the world.
Oh, and enjoy an unproportional Beldum.

And afterwards, the Beldum will be comforting Steven and be all like “Oh don’t worry Mr.Steven. Everything will be alright.”

Or start headbutting Steven because it thought it helped with headaches or something.
Steven’d be amused, but still in the mood for a good ol’ facepalm for cases 2-5.
