It’s best to have someone do this for you while you stand up and relax your muscles as best you can, but if you’re alone, a tennis ball and a flat surface will probably work. Alternatively you can lie on the edge of a bed at the pressure point. (But no really do try to find someone to do it for you)
Find the area in your spine between either the first, second, third, or fourth vertebrae. It should be sore and uncomfortable to press down on, so look for the one that’s most painful, and press down with as much pressure as you can on that area for 30 seconds.
Realize that 80% of your pain has magically disappeared and keep the info secret if you live in a small puritan town, lest you be tried for witchcraft.
If you don’t have to worry about being burned or hanged, then share the info with your migraine suffering friends.
As someone who wrote a 10k word paper on pressure points for a high belt ranking test in her martial arts class, I can tell you that you just found a pressure point used in acupressure and acupuncture to relieve pain, particularly that in the head. 🙂

As a medical massage therapist, I thought I would give my two cents.
This is good for tension migranes and normal migraines, but actually pretty useless for sinus migraines. It’ll help for a hot second, but quickly come back. (These are usually the migraines behind your eyes, in your ears, and behind your forehead. Sometimes it can feel like jaw pain or TMJ) for sinus migraines, behind the ear in a divot. Press down firmly and pull towards your collarbone. That’ll drain your sinuses. Also, pressing around the eye socket on the cheekbones help. There is also a little triangle up away from the eye in the eyebrow bone. Press and hold pretty hard and that’ll relieve that behind the forehead pain. Also, ear pulling is great to help move sinuses around.
Don’t forget the temples too! Press firmly and hold. Open and close your jaw while holding your temples. It’ll feel weird, but it’ll help with jaw pain. It’ll work a similar way if you hold the jaw joint under your cheekbone.
And never underestimate the power of a foot massage!! Give minutes can be all the difference!! Our feet are our base. If they hurt even a little, somewhere else in your body will hurt. Treat your feet and sinuses kindly!

So, me and my fam are planning on setting up a booth for me at a local con that’ll start in the next two months, it will last two days from approximately 7am-9pm,

Why will NNK be my main fandom to star? Because I like it and it’s the most recent topic I’ve been putting effort on and heck, children demographic bc asdfghjkl.
This is my first con so far and I want to look passionate, and heck do I need to plan a schedule.

Okay, I know that a good majority of us read fanfic. And AO3 is quite popular, I love that site.
I recently just came across a site on my laptop while I was looking some klance fics to read. I found one and clicked on the link which said it was an AO3 fanfic. Norton Security prevented me from accessing the site because it ‘may be impersonating AO3 to steal your personal or financial information’
If you find a link to a fanfic and it has ‘www.archiveofourown.com’ run for the hills. The true AO3 is .org not .com. It may seem obvious but it’s pretty easy to miss. Just letting all my fellow fanfic addicts out there know that there is a scammer.
I’m trying to tag all the fandoms I’m in so that those people are aware.
What kind of person impersonates a well known fanfic site to steal information. Such a heinous crime. I will admit, this person was pretty smart. All kinds of people read fanfics, especially teenagers. Just think of that and how easy it would be.

Some of us fanfic readers are close to being adults or are already adults, but there are still twelve year olds and younger who don’t pay attention to things they find on the internet.
First off, I want to clarify that this isn’t Axel I’m his friend Ari writing this. I don’t want to post this on main blog encase my boyfriend’s mom sees it. We’re in a very bad situation money and food wise and I just really need money to help me get some food and some kind of mini fridge because of main fridge is broken. (there’s mold, and it’s 20 degrees hotter than a fridge should be). We have no foodanywhere, in fact my boyfriend’s mom has more alcohol than anything in it. We don’t even have bread, cereal, or anything at all as you can see. I have food stamps but I use the little I get ($63 a month) to buy for four people, and I barely get to pick what to buy because my boyfriend’s mom basically chooses it all (most of which goes bad or gets let out overnight for flies). Also you may be asking why she doesn’t buy food and god I wish I knew! She just doesn’t so it’s up to me and sometimes my boyfriend to provide. Also, I feel very wary of the food made in the kitchen because of the terrible conditions it’s in. Ontop of flies, dog feces is literally left to sit for days (no one bothers to take the dogs out and gets defensive if I mention it).
My friend has already offered to give me her old mini fridge its just shipping it here which is expensive. I desperately need a place to keep my food that isn’t contaminated and money to get that food to start with. Even a dollar helps. My paypal is arianahewitt64@gmail.com
Also I don’t have a job yet because my boyfriend’s mom won’t work with me to a) get a job around her schedule or b) work with me to fix my prescription so I can get my license but I need money to save for a car besides that. I’m in a very rough situation and honestly any extra money is going to get put aside for moving out hopefully in the near future with my boyfriend. I’m also going to be even more tight on money because my bfs mom is forcing us to go to college knowing we don’t have the money and I’m going to have to pay out of state fees which are not cheap. I’m so sorry to ask for so much but I’m very stuck right now and I really am so stressed out and scared. My priority right now is at least having food and trying to get my license so I can get a job.

The FCC already knows that the Internet community wants net neutrality, but they think they can put their spin on these new rules and sneak them through. If we can prove them wrong right now with a massive public outcry, we can literally save the Internet once again.
We need to stop the FCC now. Big business groups are already ramping up lobbying efforts with the FCC in swarms since Wednesday’s announcement in support of censoring the open Internet and to ensure this dangerous proposal moves forward. [2]
