A ghost tells you that the aircraft was made with technology copied/stolen from another world. (And I think it said something about going to war with that other world?)

I remember the ghost saying that in the shrine, actually! but the fact they said it was taken from another world doesn’t rule out the possibility of the countries of Ni no Kuni building them, I guess.
