The Mars symbol is used when there’s implied gay subtext, that’s from personal experience…
My guess is that it’s some kind of callback? I was being specific with the bath scene, but I suppose I missed this part of the OVA.
uhhh i don’t know why the person earlier said the mars symbol (male symbol) behind saitama and genos implied they were gay, but thats not right. When Genos was talking to Don Pachino and corrected his “Fa” the mars symbol was used, so it must have been used in place of a music note for whatever reason because Im pretty sure Genos wasn’t trying to be gay with Don Pachino.
