I reckon something like that could happen- As Dragon Breath doesn’t seem to be normal fire, and we don’t know what effects it would have if an eye is exposed to it. If it has similar intensity/ heat to a laser then that could definitely effect the eye, maybe causing permanent damage to the retina… which could potentially cause the problem you describe? I mean, damage to the retina causes loss of vision, sometimes in a way similar to lowering the resolution of an image, objects could be much less distinct… ?

(I’m not a Optometrist, I’ve just done a bit of research into sight loss in the past, anyone feel free to correct me)

I kinda doubt that a Dragon Breath from a not-so-trained Bagon would be extremely powerful. So I would be considering a weaker lazer???
