Three of the game developers (Masuda, Ohmori and Morimoto) for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire posted QR codes in a Japanese magazine, and scanning them adds a secret base in Mossdeep City.

Of course, people online didn’t bother with high-quality scans and it can be difficult to angle the 3DS just right to scan the QR codes, so I decided to manually recreate all the codes.

If you talk to Ohmori in his base, he always gives you a Regice doll! It’s the only way to get one, and so far the Regirock and Registeel dolls aren’t available yet without cheating.
